John Kucinski

John Kucinski is an innovative leader and facilities professional currently serving as the Vice President of Facilities at Salem Five Bank, where they oversee real estate, design, construction, and maintenance for the bank's headquarters and branches. With over 20 years of experience, Kucinski previously held senior roles at Wellington Management Company, Pioneer Investments, and Constant Contact, managing corporate facilities and contributing to environmental initiatives. They served as a Navy Officer for 20 years, including commanding 1,300 personnel and managing significant construction budgets. Kucinski holds a Master's Degree in Civil Engineering from MIT and a Bachelor's Degree in Ocean Engineering from the U.S. Naval Academy, and is a Certified Facilities Manager through IFMA.
