Benjamin Kuo

VP, Facilities at USPS

Benjamin Kuo is currently the Vice President of Facilities at USPS. Benjamin has over 20 years of experience in leadership roles across safety, health, environmental, and facilities management. Prior to joining USPS, Kuo served as Vice President of Planning and Facilities Management at Georgetown University, where they were responsible for the overall direction of planning and facilities services for the entire campus. Benjamin also served as a strategic leader for University Services in close partnership with the University's Financial Affairs division. In this role, Kuo was a key steward of the University’s facilities and infrastructure, with responsibility for the leadership of maintenance, custodial, grounds, utilities, transportation, planning, design, construction, sustainability, EHS, and real estate. Benjamin also had fiscal responsibility for operational budget and a capital construction plan for ~$1B of investment over 5 years. Prior to Georgetown University, Kuo was a Consultant at EnviroFac, where they solved complex challenges across safety, health, environmental, and facilities issues. Benjamin also developed long term sustainable solutions with a foundation in management systems and continual improvement.

Benjamin Kuo received a B.S. in chemical engineering and public policy from Carnegie Mellon University and a diploma in high school from Phillips Academy.

Benjamin Kuo reports to Jacqueline Krage Strako, Chief Commerce & Business Solutions Officer. Benjamin Kuo works with Peter Routsolias - VP, Transportation Strategy, Shibani Gambhir - VP, Business Development, and Robert Raines - VP, Business Solutions.
