Bart Caldwell, MBA, serves as the Medical Group Projects Director at Salem Health since August 2022. Previously, Bart was the Clinical Operations Manager at Mayo Clinic from July 2016 to August 2022, where responsibilities included managing clinical operations for the Vascular Center, overseeing a large team, and leading multi-disciplinary projects. Bart’s background also includes roles as a Senior Practice Optimization Analyst at Mayo Clinic, a Senior Consultant in Finance & Operations at Stratus Dental Group, and positions at Savino Del Bene, where Bart managed the accounting department and held various accounting roles. Bart holds an MBA in Data Analytics from Saint Mary's University of Minnesota and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business from Luther College.
