Sue Xiong

Sue Xiong, MHA, CHC, currently serves as Chief Corporate Integrity Officer at Salem Health, where responsibilities include managing compliance programs, conducting audits, facilitating investigations, and providing education in healthcare operations. With a career at Salem Health beginning in June 2011, Sue has also held roles as Director of IDEAL and Manager of Corporate Integrity & Safety. Experience includes project management and consultation to improve healthcare initiatives, as demonstrated through work with corporate directors. Past leadership roles also encompass board membership with the Women In Healthcare - Oregon Chapter and directorship on the Oregon Society of Healthcare Executives Board. Sue holds a Master of Health Care Administration from Pacific University and a Bachelor of Science in Health Management and Policy from Oregon State University.
