Ray Cruz Santiago is an experienced media professional with a diverse background in programming, content creation, and executive leadership within the broadcasting industry. Currently serving as Program Director at La Nueva Poderosa for Salem Media Group since February 2024, Santiago also holds the position of Executive Director at Noticias Generacion News since March 2014, where significant achievements include growing follower numbers from 3,000 to 240,000 within a week and generating over 35 million views in one year across various platforms. Previous roles include News and Content Director at Univision Communications Inc., where strategy and content for radio shows were developed, as well as President of the Puerto Rico Public Broadcasting Corporation, overseeing a budget of $14 million and managing significant personnel resources.
