Terry Swade

Terry Swade has extensive work experience in the packaging and printing industry. Terry started their career in 1990 at Graphic Packaging International, where they worked as a Quality Manager for three years before being promoted to Pressroom Supervisor. In 1995, they moved to Malnove and served as the 3rd Shift Plant Superintendent for a year. Terry then joined Simkins Industries, Inc. in 1996 as a Plant Manager and stayed there until 2004. Terry's next position was at Multi Packaging Solutions (MPS), where they worked as a Plant Manager for seven years. Currently, Terry is the Corporate Operations Manager at Salem One, a prestigious company in the industry, specializing in retail packaging, direct marketing, commercial printing, warehousing, and distribution.

Terry Swade has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Printing Management from Rochester Institute of Technology. They also have a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Keller Graduate School of Management. In addition to their degrees, Terry Swade has obtained a certification in Executive Leadership from Cornell University in December 2022.
