Ivar Combrinck

Ivar Combrinck is a seasoned professional in the media, entertainment, and technology sectors, currently serving as Managing Director at Salem Partners LLC since May 2016, where responsibilities include investment banking, M&A, capital raises, and media asset transactions. As an Advisor at Freeway Entertainment since February 2015, Ivar plays a crucial role in providing financing and distribution solutions for numerous productions. Previously, Ivar founded and managed Silicate Media from November 2014 to May 2016, focusing on IP asset valuation and financial modeling. From 2003 to 2014, Ivar was Head of Structured and International Film & TV Financing at Screen Capital International, leading high-value financing transactions. Ivar holds a Bachelor of Arts in Film & TV Production from the University of Southern California and an Abitur from Wilhelmsgymnasium Munich.
