Kim Talbot currently serves as the Assistant Superintendent of Academics and Instruction at Medford Public Schools since August 2025. Additionally, Talbot has held positions at Salem Public Schools as both the Director of Teacher and Leader Development and the Executive Director of Academics since October 2019.
