Tyler Pillas

Tyler Pillas is currently employed as a Sales Development Representative at Salem Solutions since August 2023. Prior to this role, Tyler worked as a Recruiter and gained practical experience at The Perennial Farm as a Nurseryman, where responsibilities included handling plants at various growth stages and managing shipments. Tyler also has a solid background in customer service from a position as Sales Staff at Gibby's Seafood & Gourmet Market, where collaboration with team members and management on improvement projects was essential. Earlier experience at Chick-fil-A Restaurants involved front and back of house operations, along with training new staff in customer care and store procedures. Tyler holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sociology and Anthropology from Towson University.
