Frank Monteiro

Frank Monteiro, P.E. is a current member of the Board of Directors of Salemhaven Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. He is the past President of the Board of Directors as well as the past Vice President of Silverthorne. Mr. Monteiro is the President/Owner of MHF Design Consultants, Inc. Mr. Monteiro is a Professional Civil Engineer and is President/Owner of a Civil Engineering and Land Surveying Firm in Salem New Hampshire. He is a graduate of Salem High School as well as the University of New Hampshire. He currently resides in Salem, NH.
