Paul Sargeant

Paul Sargeant has a range of experience in sales and leadership roles across various companies and industries. Paul is the Founder & Fractional Sales Leader at Sales Director Central, where they focus on delivering predictable, sustainable results and believes in using business as a force for good. Paul is also the Founder & Director of BCPrise, where they help small to medium business owners leverage Microsoft's investments in cloud, business applications, and more. Prior to this, Paul worked at Solentive as an Advisory Council Member, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Operating Officer, where they helped customers invent, build, and deliver exceptional technology solutions. Paul also served as a General Manager Sales and Operations at FTSGroup (now Attura), NSW Sales and Commercial Director at Oakton, and National Sales Director and Director at Logica. Earlier in their career, Paul held roles at DSI Asia Pacific as a Client Solutions Executive and Insight Technologies (Asia Pacific) as the VP Sales & Services. Paul began their career at Niku as the Northern Region Sales Manager and at QAD Australia as a Regional Manager.

Paul Sargeant obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science with a focus on Software and Business from the University of Technology Sydney. In addition, they have obtained certifications as a Certified Sales Director Central Mentor from Sales Director Central and as a Wiise Certified Specialist from Wiise in the years 2020 and 2019 respectively.
