Sales Genius Coaching was founded with one mission: to help sales teams earn more by providing the mentorship, community, and training they need. We assist business owners in increasing revenue through the development of their sales teams. In some instances, we act as an Independent Sales Organization (ISO) for companies looking to reach their target audience by providing our Sales Genius University Graduated Agents. Bryan Harris created “SalesGenius360,” a service designed to enhance the performance of sales teams. Through a structured 4-step process, we cultivate a winning team and boost revenue by focusing on the metrics that matter. We offer services to sales teams and businesses aiming to improve sales performance. Additionally, we support remote high-ticket closers and setters in finding their ideal positions by providing training, coaching, and networking opportunities to aid in their journey. Although Sales Genius Coaching is newly formed, our underlying principles have been established for years prior to bringing this idea to life. By engaging with these principles and encouraging a different way of thinking, we can unlock new possibilities and achieve long-term goals that once seemed unattainable.
