Lucia Haršániová has been working in the field of customer service and project management since 2016. In 2016, they began their career as an E-commerce Project Manager Internship at Onestic, where they worked mainly in Magento and managed online stores. Lucia also handled tickets in Zendesk and had incoming calls and communication between different departments. Additionally, they completed an internship at NETIK CONSULTING S.L. as an Online Marketing Assistant, where they worked on Link Building and SEO, and prepared e-marketing plans. In 2017, they took on the role of Customer Service at Bitnovo brand, where they managed all types of information, incidents and complaints related to corporate services and cryptocurrencies. In 2019, they began working as a Customer Success Manager (PIM expert) at Sales Layer, and also as an Administrative Secretary & Office Manager at Ventura Finanzas. In this role, they provided support and collaboration to the CEO, managed the agenda, and handled public attention, documents, organization of the office, administrative monitoring, and initial training.
Lucia Haršániová obtained a Master's degree in E-commerce and Management from the University of Zilina in 2017, after completing a Business Administration and Management program at the Universitat Politècnica de València (UPV) in 2015. Lucia also holds a High School Degree (Bachillerato) in Spanish-Slovak Bilingual Studies from the Bilingual High School, Section of Ramón y Cajal, Nitra in 2012. Additionally, they have obtained a Certificate of Spanish language level C1 in 2012, a Cruso básico de Marketing Digital from IAB Spain in 2017, and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot in 2016.
