In addition, Bhushan serves as Chief Revenue Officer for Referralogix, focusing on efficient healthcare referral management. Previous roles include Global Head of Revenue Operations at Jeeves, Head of Sales Operations & Enablement at Afterpay, and Head of Sales Operations at Magento, an Adobe Company, where significant contributions were made to scaling sales operations and achieving substantial revenue growth. Earlier career experiences include positions at Trifacta, Informatica, Seagate Technology, Caterpillar, and Siemens PLM Software. Bhushan holds an MBA in Leadership & Strategy from the University of California, Davis, a Master’s in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University, and completed the Leadership Development Program at Harvard Business School.
