Jesse Sladek

Jesse Sladek currently serves as VP of Sales Strategy and Enablement at Elastic, leading initiatives such as renewals and go-to-market (GTM) strategies, while also serving as Chief of Staff to the CRO. Previous roles include Chief of Staff for Global Revenue Operations and Global Sales at TIBCO, where Sladek managed high-velocity renewals and established value engineering programs, contributing to significant revenue growth. Additionally, Sladek has experience as Senior Lead Value Engineer at BMC Software and has held leadership positions in various organizations, including the US Army, where Sladek served as an Army Officer with commendable distinction. Education includes an MBA from Emory University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, complemented by advanced training in foreign languages and military leadership.
