Jory Allen has a wealth of experience in sales and management roles. Jory began their career in 1999 as Vice President of Sales at Northwest Mortgage, where they organized and executed an Internet marketing plan that produced twenty-five to fifty new accounts per day and increased loan volume from $500,000 to over $7 million. Jory then joined City Lips Cosmetics in 2002 as Chief Operating Officer, increasing gross revenues over 1500%. In 2006, they became President of Glamour Science, creating a complete brand identity and partnering with an expert branding company to develop an e-commerce website and full-scale marketing plan. In 2009, they joined Prosper as Sales Manager, launching a sales team for a new partner while developing and implementing a new sales funnel that quadrupled expected sales volume within the first thirty days. Jory then became a Joint Venture Partner at Point in 2013, creating a system that recruited dozens of top sales talent at ASU campus for summer internships and designing and implementing sales trainings for new door-to-door sales reps. In 2014, they worked as a Sales Consultant at Alert Holdings, helping to implement and manage an Outside Sales Division that produced over 2,000 installed accounts and over $114,000 in recurring monthly revenue within the first nine months. In 2015, they joined Online Order Solutions (later became Route) as General Manager, managing the build-out and implementation of API integrations with two major CRM’s and supervising developers to construct a front-end user interface for a custom database. Finally, in 2016, they joined SalesRabbit, Inc. as Sales Manager, Enterprise Account Executive, and Account Executive, where they were an expert in field and door-to-door sales, especially when it comes to sales enablement software.

Jory Allen attended Sky View High School and Utah State University, where they studied Business Finance.
