With a proven track record in sales leadership, Paul previously held the positions of Chief Operating Officer and Chief Revenue Officer at Lakeside Project Solutions, LLC, where significant revenue growth and a metrics-driven sales function were established. As CEO and Partner of Sales Engine International, Paul founded a company that implemented Fortune 500 sales practices for SMBs and mid-market firms. Earlier in a robust career, Paul was National Vice President of Sales Operations at Ceridian, driving substantial sales growth through innovative sales strategies. Paul began a distinguished career as a Lieutenant in the US Navy, serving as Department Head on a nuclear-powered submarine.
