Susan Mann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in sales optimization and consulting. Currently serving as President at Compass Sales Advisory since 2018, Susan partners with small to mid-sized companies to enhance their sales strategies. In addition, Susan holds the position of Lead Consultant and Sales Coach at RAIN Group, where assistance is provided to improve sales performance for numerous professionals worldwide. As an Outsourced VP of Sales for Sales Xceleration since 2019, guidance is offered to businesses seeking to enhance their sales growth. Previously, during tenure as President of Nexus Direct from 2015 to 2017, Susan directed operations and facilitated international expansion for a direct response marketing agency.
