Neha Kothari is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in HR management and consulting. Currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Manager at SalesCode.ai since October 2018, Neha has played a key role in supporting sales uplift strategies for CPG companies. Prior to this, Neha worked as an Executive Assistant - HR at Jhandewala Foods Pvt. Ltd., managing end-to-end HR activities, and held roles as a Senior Associate Consultant and Associate Consultant at Infosys, specializing in Oracle HCM. Neha's educational qualifications include an Executive Development Program in HR Analytics from XLRI - VIL Programs, an MBA in Human Resources from the Institute of Management Studies, Banaras Hindu University, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Microtek Institute of Information Technology, Varanasi.
