Toni-Ann Mills

Toni-Ann Mills is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in learning and development across various sectors. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Learning and Development for Customer Experience at Precipio, Inc. since August 2022, Toni-Ann oversees initiatives related to proprietary diagnostic products and clinical diagnostics. Previously, Toni-Ann held the position of Senior Director of Global Learning and Development at Fenwal, Inc., where a comprehensive leadership program was co-developed in partnership with the Kellogg School of Management. Additional roles include Global Project Manager for Learning and Development at Panduit, Director of CCLD Adult Education at the University of Kentucky, and Managing Director for Competency Development Programmes.
