Oleg Rusu

Oleg Rusu has been in the tech industry since 2002. Oleg began as a Hardware Engineer at NORMA SRL in 2002 and then moved on to become a PHP/Perl/MySQL programmer at MoldData IS in 2005. In 2008, they transitioned to a Unix & Network Administrator at Orange Moldova. From 2010 to 2017, they worked at Gameloft as a Web Application Programmer and Network Administrator. In 2017, they became a PHP Developer at D2C Media, where they worked on Google Ad-words related projects and created an application to manage budgets for Google and Bing Campaigns. In 2019, they moved to SimplyPHP as a PHP Web Developer, working for a US client to completely rewrite an application that manages orders for a local small factory. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Salesfloor as a Backend PHP Developer, placing floor boards.

Oleg Rusu began their education in 1994 at the Colleage of Microelectronics, where they studied Computers. In 1997, they began studying Computer Science at the Technical University of Moldova, which they completed in 2003. In 2011, they obtained a Certificate in Software Development from McGill University, and in 2014 they completed an online course in Engineering Software as a Service, Part 1 from EDX Online Learning at the University of California, Berkeley.
