Racquel Robinson

Racquel Robinson has over 13 years of experience in the IT industry. Racquel began their career in 2008 at Harry Rosen as a Team Lead End User Services, where they were responsible for managing technical applications such as ERP Systems, CRM Systems, Omni Channel, Point of Sale, Ecommerce, Loyalty Programs, Microsoft O365 (full suite), and Workforce Management. Racquel was also part of the implementation team for the launch of O365 company wide, successfully launching and training O365 nationwide. In addition, they also held the role of Sales Auditor at Harry Rosen. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Salesfloor as a Senior Technical Project Manager and Technical Project Manager.

Racquel Robinson attended Humber College from 2006-2008, where they studied Business Administration, Management and Operations.
