Abhi Rathna

Abhi Rathna is a seasoned product management leader with extensive experience in AI and cloud technologies. Currently serving as the Director of Product Management for Salesforce AI Cloud, Abhi previously held roles at Microsoft, including Principal PM for AI/NLU Copilot, where leadership in product vision and strategy was demonstrated through collaboration with major enterprise clients. In earlier positions, Abhi directed the development of a Conversational AI Chatbot Platform, achieving significant annual engagement, and spearheaded the creation of a native-cloud Retail Point of Sale system for Dynamics 365 Commerce, utilized by thousands of retailers globally. Abhi holds an MBA in General Management from UW Foster School of Business and a Corporate Innovation Certificate from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
