Abhijit Sur

Abhijit Sur currently serves as Senior Director of Product Management & Strategy for the Communications Industry at Salesforce, where experience in matrix organizations and collaboration has been pivotal in delivering customer-focused solutions since April 2012. Prior roles at Salesforce include Senior Director, Industry Advisor, and Director, Service Cloud Architect, contributing to architectural developments and digital transformation projects for Communications Service Providers. Previously, Abhijit held positions as Principal Solutions Architect at Cricket Communications and IBM, as well as various consulting roles at PwC Consulting and CAP Gemini, with expertise in wireless operations, billing systems, and solution architecture. Abhijit holds an MS in Telecommunications from the University of Colorado Boulder and an integrated MS in Statistics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
