Alex Trauzzi

Vice President, Customer Success Group

Alex Trauzzi has extensive experience in customer success and project management, having held key leadership positions across multiple companies. From December 2005 to July 2015, Alex served as the Director of Customer Success at Salesforce.com. Prior experience includes roles as Project Manager at MCI Systemhouse (1988-1998) and Project Director at LGS Group (1998-2000), as well as Regional Lead for NE USA & Canada at Siebel Systems (April 2000-December 2005). After a tenure as Chief Customer Officer & Senior Vice-President Services at Figur8 Cloud Solutions (July 2015-June 2017), Alex has been serving as the Vice President of the Customer Success Group at Salesforce since June 2017. Alex holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University (2014-2016) and earned a degree in Computer Science from York University (1985-1988).
