Amy Matthews is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and leadership roles within the technology sector. Currently serving as Vice President of AMER Success Architects at Salesforce since May 2019, Amy has held multiple senior director positions within the company, leading initiatives in sales cloud success and customer service. Prior to Salesforce, Amy held the title of Vice President of Customer Success at MapAnything, Inc., and served as Client Relationship Manager at both Basware and Verian Technologies. Amy's career began at Blackbaud, where a range of consulting and managerial roles were undertaken. Educationally, Amy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Education from Appalachian State University.
