Andy Williams has over two decades of experience in various roles within the technology and project management sectors. Beginning as a Helpdesk Technician at RCN, Andy progressed to Network Administrator at Bell Atlantic Federal Systems and then served as an Internet Server Administrator at Verizon Business. Subsequent roles include Systems Administrator at USDA Foreign Agricultural Service, Technical Consultant at Philips, Deployment Specialist at CreditXpert, Project Manager at the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs, and currently, Senior Customer Success Manager at Salesforce alongside a role as Technical Account Manager. Andy holds a Master’s degree from Regent University and a Bachelor's degree from both the University of Maryland University College and University of Maryland Global Campus, complemented by an Associate's degree from Prince Georges Community College.
