Arunkumar KM is a seasoned professional in product management with extensive experience across various technology companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Management at Salesforce since December 2024, Arunkumar previously held the position of Director of Product Management at Twilio, where leadership focused on product solutions and strategic roadmaps for Twilio Flex. Prior to this, significant contributions were made at Cisco, first as Director of Product Management, overseeing the transformation of the Cisco Contact Center portfolio, and earlier as Group Product Manager. Arunkumar’s career also includes impactful roles at Yahoo!, NXP Semiconductors, Philips, KESDEE Inc., Enventure Engineering, and the Indian Navy, where project management and technological innovation were critical. Arunkumar holds an MBA from Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies and a BE in Instrumentation Technology from Bangalore University.
