Asha George has extensive experience in human resources and diversity, equity, and inclusion. As the Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Electronic Arts (EA) from May 2021 to June 2024, Asha was instrumental in developing EA's integrated Enterprise Inclusion Strategy. Prior to this, Asha held various leadership roles at Baker Hughes, including Manager of Compensation & HRIS and Director of Talent Management. Asha also served as Senior Director of Talent Management at Salesforce in early 2025. Before transitioning to the tech industry, Asha accumulated relevant experience through positions at Dell Technologies, Compaq Computer Corporation, and several health organizations. Asha holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Baylor University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Houston-Clear Lake.
