Ben Richards is currently the Head of AI & Industry Go To Market for Salesforce Regulated Industries, where they serve as an executive advisor to Canadian clients, focusing on integrating CRM, AI, and data solutions. Previously, Ben held multiple positions at Salesforce, including Senior Solution Engineer and Senior Managing Director, where they guided some of Canada's largest customers in achieving significant business outcomes. Prior to Salesforce, Ben was a Senior Consultant at Deloitte. Ben earned an Honours Bachelor of Commerce from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University.
