Capt Rashmi Anand

Capt Rashmi Anand has extensive experience in talent management and human resources, currently serving as the Director of Talent Management & Talent Experience Strategy at Salesforce since May 2022. Prior to this role, Capt Anand held significant positions including Head of Organizational Development & Talent Management at METRO/MAKRO and HR Head at Mantri Developers Pvt. Ltd. Previous experience includes leadership roles at Marriott International, Barclays, Credit Suisse, and Utopia Global, Inc. Capt Anand began a professional career as a CAPT in the Indian Army from October 2004 to March 2010. Education was completed at the Institute of Management Technology in Ghaziabad.
