Caroline Carter Roth

Caroline Carter Roth is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technical writing and content strategy, currently serving as Vice President of Platform and Technology Content at Salesforce since November 2005. With a leadership background in managing large teams, Caroline has driven the growth and development of technical documentation for various Salesforce platforms and initiatives, including co-inventing Trailhead. Previous roles include Senior Director and Director within Salesforce, where significant improvements in documentation efficiency and team scaling were achieved. Caroline began the career as a senior technical writer at Blazent and E.piphany, gaining foundational skills in technical communication. Caroline holds a B.S. in Symbolic Systems from Stanford University and an AOS in Culinary Arts from the California Culinary Academy.
