Elise Roy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in accessibility and inclusive design. As VP and Principal Architect at Salesforce, Elise leads innovative architectural initiatives. Previously, Elise served as Accessibility & Inclusive Design Lead at Google, focusing on enhancing user experiences for diverse populations. Additionally, Elise founded Elise Roy LLC, working as a Product Accessibility & Inclusion Strategist. Prior experience includes serving as Designer and Marketing Advisor at Housewerks, where Elise crafted unique household furnishings, and as Marketing Manager at Business Health Services, where marketing strategies were developed to facilitate business growth. Elise holds an M.A. in Social Design from the Maryland Institute College of Art and has further training from LUMA Institute.
