Ernst Pel has extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in solutions engineering and consulting. Beginning as a Sales Consultant for KPN Telecom from January 1998 to January 2001, Ernst transitioned to Avaya, where consulting continued from 2001 to 2005. Ernst served as an Applications Consultant at Mitel from January 2005 to January 2007, followed by a role as Systems Engineer UC at Cisco from January 2007 to July 2014. After a period at Salesforce starting with the position of Lead Solution Engineer - Service Cloud from June 2014 to August 2016, Ernst briefly held a role as Distinguished Solution Engineer - Service Cloud in February 2020.
