Grayson Mack

Grayson Mack is the Director of Product Management for Content Platform at Salesforce, where they currently lead product development efforts. Previously, Grayson held various roles at Google, including Content Strategist, where they supported feature launches and developed feedback strategies. Prior to that, Grayson gained experience as a Technical Writer and Product Content Owner at Return Path, focusing on creating user-centric content and improving technical accuracy. Grayson also served as a Writing Consultant and Editor-in-Chief during their studies at Grand Valley State University, showcasing their strong background in writing and content management.
