Hossam Medhat

Hossam Medhat has extensive experience in solution engineering and presales across multiple companies, including a significant tenure at Salesforce from May 2020 to January 2024, where Hossam held various senior management roles focusing on Business Intelligence and C-Level relationships within Service Cloud and Communications, Media, and Technology (CMT) sectors. Prior experience includes positions at IBM with a focus on Watson Financial Services, as well as roles at NCC Group, OMSA, and GCSSD, concentrating on capturing customer requirements, delivering product demonstrations, and supporting sales opportunities. Hossam holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School and a certification in Artificial Intelligence from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
