Irina Malkova is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in data science, engineering, and analytics. At Salesforce, Malkova held multiple VP positions from February 2021 to October 2023, including leading Data Science Applications, where the focus was on developing machine learning products to assist executives in decision-making. Prior to Salesforce, Malkova was the Head of Sales Engineering and Customer Success at Alation and has held various roles in product analytics and growth at Tempo AI. Malkova's earlier career includes serving as Associate General Manager for Technology & Innovation at Telekom Malaysia, where significant cost savings were achieved through network optimization and project restructuring, as well as as a Senior Business Analyst at McKinsey & Company, emphasizing analytics in telecom and banking sectors. Malkova holds an MBA from Stanford University Graduate School of Business and an MA in Economic Policy and Finance from the New Economic School.
