Jake Birch

Jake Birch is a seasoned data analytics professional with extensive experience in leading analytics teams and managing client relationships. Currently serving as a Data Analytics Lead at Salesforce since August 2022, Jake previously held positions including Senior Global Marketing Analyst. Jake's tenure at Measurelab (March 2020 - August 2022) as a Lead Analytics Consultant involved managing relationships with Google Store EMEA & APAC, conducting in-depth analyses using BigQuery, Google Analytics, and CRM data. At Friday Media Group (November 2016 - March 2020), Jake led the Analytics team, integrating workflows across the company and focusing on ad hoc insights and dashboard creation. Previous roles include Senior Digital Analyst and Digital Marketing Analyst at Fresh Egg Digital Marketing Agency and Friday Media Group, where Jake utilized various data sources for user behavior analysis and reporting.
