Janice McGee

Janice McGee has extensive experience in human resources, with a career spanning over two decades in various leadership roles across notable firms. Currently serving as the Senior Director of Employee Relations at Salesforce, Janice previously held positions such as Director of Human Resources at E*TRADE Financial Corporation and Managing Director of Employee Relations at Charles Schwab, where Janice led teams and provided strategic guidance on employee relations and organizational talent. Earlier roles include Head of Human Resources at SoundView Technology Group and Mentor Communications Group, along with consulting positions at GE Capital. Janice obtained a Bachelor of Science in Finance and International Business from NYU Stern School of Business and a Juris Doctorate from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University.
