Jennifer Silver, PMP, CSM, is a seasoned strategic program leader currently serving as the Director of Engagement Delivery at Salesforce since April 2014, with prior roles including Senior Manager Engagement Delivery and Manager of Technical Consulting. Jennifer has extensive experience in managing cross-functional teams, building stakeholder relationships, and driving business value through innovative solutions for global clients across various industries. Prior to Salesforce, Jennifer owned Silver Pen Marketing and The Silver Pen, LLC, and held positions in product and marketing management at Western Union, American Water Works Association, World Wireless Communications Inc., Larsen Homes, Ltd., and IMS Studio 6. An educational background includes an IMBA in International Business from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s Degree in Molecular Cellular Developmental Biology and Germanic Studies from the University of Colorado Boulder.
