Jono Ferrer

Jono Ferrer is a Senior Director of Customer Strategy and Innovation at Salesforce, where they lead strategic initiatives within the Ignite and Craft offices. Jono previously held various strategic roles at VSA Partners, including Associate Director and Director, and gained valuable experience as a Lead Student Consultant at Pace Communications. They have also contributed to innovative projects at gravitytank and completed internships at Pfizer and the University of Business and International Studies. Jono earned a B.A. in Economics and Entrepreneurship and an M.A. in Management from Wake Forest University.
