Joseph Yan is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer success and professional services within the technology sector. As of July 2025, Joseph serves as the Consumption Lead for Agentforce AI / Data Cloud at Salesforce, focusing on Japan, Korea, and Taiwan. Prior to this role, Joseph held the position of Director of Customer Success at Similarweb, where responsibilities included driving retention and account health for various account types in Japan.
