Juspreet Kaur

Juspreet Kaur is an accomplished Product Leader at Salesforce, overseeing the Trailblazer Community and TrailheadGo mobile apps since August 2021. Concurrently, Juspreet serves as an Executive Board Member for SALDEF and Chair of the Board of Trustees for the City of San Antonio Library. With a successful tenure at USAA from February 2015 to August 2021 in various leadership roles, including Director of Digital Technical Product Management and Director of Strategy, Juspreet demonstrated expertise in digital experience design and strategic innovation. Previous experience includes significant roles at Saba Software and THINQ Learning Solutions, focusing on cloud operations, product management, and talent management implementations. Juspreet holds a B.S. in Biological and Physical Sciences from the University of Maryland and an M.A. in Adult Education from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
