Kaitlyn Kranz

Kaitlyn Kranz is an accomplished professional in change management, currently serving as Sr. Director of Human-Centered Change at Salesforce since June 2014, where previous roles included Director and Strategist within Innovation & Transformation Services. Prior experience includes a Consultant position in Deloitte's Human Capital Organization Transformation practice from January 2013 to June 2014 and a Business Process Improvement Consultant role at BMO Harris Bank in late 2012. Kaitlyn also contributed to the DFAS Operations PMO as a Senior Consultant at Booz Allen Hamilton from May 2010 to August 2012, focusing on performance management and stakeholder communications. Kaitlyn holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from DePauw University, graduating in 2010.
