Kate Piper has extensive experience in business design and UX research, serving in various leadership roles at companies such as IDEO, Wells Fargo, and most recently, Salesforce. At IDEO, Kate was a founding team member of the Design for Change Studio and later led the Business Design team, emphasizing the integration of research and design processes. With a strong focus on human-centered design, Kate has launched platforms and programs aimed at transforming organizational cultures and improving community support systems. Additionally, Kate founded Parent Circles, a platform connecting parents with expert resources, and contributed to strategic design initiatives at Wells Fargo. Currently, Kate is working at Salesforce as a Principal Design Strategist.
