Kayli Schafer

Kayli Schafer is a seasoned data analyst with extensive experience in people analytics and enterprise strategy. Presently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at Salesforce since December 2018, Kayli has previously held the position of Enterprise Strategy Manager at OneAmerica from October 2017 to December 2018. Prior roles at the United Way of Central Indiana included Director of Strategic Research, Senior Research Analyst, Research Analyst, and Research Associate between December 2014 and October 2017. Kayli's initial experience includes a Research Intern role at the Indiana Youth Institute and a Graduate Assistant position at the IU Public Policy Institute. Additional roles comprise a Special Events Intern at the United Way of Central Indiana, FTZ Administrator and Data Analyst/Invoice Agent at MD Logistics, and an intern at the Franklin College Institutional Research Department. Kayli holds a Bachelor of Arts in Applied Mathematics and Psychology from Franklin College and a Master of Public Affairs in Nonprofit Management from the School of Public and Environmental Affairs at IUPUI.
