Kristin Pierce

Kristin Pierce currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Global SMB, Growth, and Digital Experience Marketing at Salesforce, a position held since September 2025. Before joining Salesforce, Kristin was the Global Head of Marketing at Stripe from February 2021 to August 2025, where responsibilities included expanding marketing functions and enhancing brand perception during a critical growth phase. Prior experience at Amazon Web Services (AWS) from July 2015 to January 2021 included leadership as Director of Global Marketing and Director of Americas Marketing, focusing on driving marketing strategies and generating sales opportunities. Kristin also held pivotal roles at Brocade and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, contributing to significant marketing transformations and revenue growth, and began a career at Conexant as a Senior Business Analyst. Kristin holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of California, Irvine, and a BA in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara.
