Kulvinder Hari is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in solution engineering, sales strategy, and consulting within the software industry. Currently serving as Senior Director of Solution Engineering at Salesforce since May 2020, Kulvinder leads the Industry Solution Engineering team in the UK and Ireland, focusing on customer-centric sales engagements to drive revenue growth. Kulvinder also works as Exec Sponsor for the Salesforce Equality Group, promoting inclusivity for South Asian colleagues. Prior to Salesforce, Kulvinder held various senior roles at Oracle, contributing to cloud-native technologies and data integration strategies across EMEA. Additional experience includes leadership roles at GoldenGate Software, CODA GB LTD, and Quest Software.
