Lashonda Anderson-Williams

LaShonda Anderson-Williams has extensive experience in the healthcare and life sciences sectors, currently serving as the Chief Customer and Commercial Officer for Industries at Salesforce, a position held since January 2021. Prior roles at Salesforce include Global EVP and Chief Strategy Officer for Healthcare and Life Sciences and EVP and CRO of Salesforce Global Health & Life Sciences. Previously, LaShonda held multiple leadership positions at Microsoft from January 2006 to January 2021, including Healthcare and Life Sciences Transformation Leader and General Manager for the Central Region SMB&D. Beginning their career at IBM in 1996, LaShonda also held roles at Winthrop Resources Corp and further advanced in various sales and management positions. LaShonda holds a BBA in Marketing from Texas Woman's University, where studies were completed from 1991 to 1995, and graduated from Willowridge High School in 1991.
