Lindsey Peterson

Lindsey Peterson has extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership, currently serving as the HR Strategy, Design & Transformation Manager at Salesforce since February 2021. In this role, Lindsey supports the HR Business Partner community and drives global program strategy and enterprise-wide digital transformation. Lindsey also leads the Earthforce Global Employee Volunteer Group, focusing on sustainability initiatives and engagement with executive sponsors. Previously, Lindsey held key positions at 4 Pines Brewing Company as a Ferry Brand Ambassador, at CISabroad as University Relations Manager, at Dirty Girl Farm Organics as Wellness Manager, and as a Study Abroad Advisor at CEA CAPA Education Abroad. Lindsey holds a Master's of Education specializing in Management & Leadership from the University of Sydney and a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychological Science and English from Albion College.
